Fun Drive, an annual one-day event in the UAE desert, provides participants with a unique driving experience. Our app plays a crucial role in ensuring their safety and navigation. It tracks participants' locations during the event, preventing them from getting lost. The app also features route information and upcoming checkpoints for added convenience.

Only registered participants can use the app by logging in with their Fun Drive number and OTP (One-time-Password). The app will be active only on the Fun Drive dates i.e. 10th February and 11th of February, 2024 and will be automatically disabled after the aforesaid dates.

This app is optional for all the users.

If a participant loses their way in the vast desert and calls for support, we instruct them to use the Fun Drive app. This allows us to track their location in real-time and dispatch our rescue team to their precise coordinates, ensuring a prompt and accurate response to their situation.

The Owner may collect and retain information from registered users of the Site including, without limitation (the "Personal Information"):

• Name and contact information, including email address and phone numbers;
• Transactional and/or financial information, including credit information and billing records, service and recorded complaints;
• www.gnfundrive.com site will not store any payment card information. However, payment gateway service is outsourced to https://www.cybersource.com
• The Owner reserves the right to track your device ID, location and Battery status for any tracking purpose through the Fun Drive application during the event.
• The owner will periodically notify the participant with Fun drive related updates by using OneSignal push notification service https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy

In order to provide complete functionality and ensure, to the extent possible, safe, secure transactions, the Site uses the Personal Information collected from registered users, amongst other things, to:

• Provide access to Site services;
• Collect payments and provide transactional services;

• Update and customise services and functionality to improve Site efficiency and customer satisfaction;
